113. For each well on the land subject to the licence and that is not permanently closed, the transferee must also apply for the drilling authorization provided for in the Regulation respecting petroleum exploration, production and storage on land (chapter S-34.1, r. 2) or the Regulation respecting petroleum exploration, production and storage in a body of water (chapter S-34.1, r. 1), as the case may be.
